The service
Audience Miner, an Ounie product (“we”, “us”), walks the publicly visible follower list of an Instagram account you name and returns the public creator profiles it finds — follower counts, engagement, bios, and published contact routes. You (“you”, “the customer”) are billed per upstream request at the rate published on our pricing page. Private accounts are never looked up individually and never billed as lookups.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the data we deliver in a way that complies with applicable law. For email outreach: CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU). You will not resell our raw data feed as a substitute service. You will not use the API to attempt to discover endpoints we haven’t documented or bypass rate limits. You will not contact minors or use the data for harassment.
Account & billing
There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 1 credit per upstream request the scan makes (follower pages, profile lookups, engagement fetches). When a job starts we reserve the stated worst case; when it finishes we settle on the requests actually made, and the difference returns to your wallet. Every job records its own request count, so your bill can be checked against the job’s stats. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.
Failed payment
If your Ounie wallet runs out of credits, no new jobs can start, but your existing data stays accessible and buying credits restores full functionality. We do not delete user data because of an empty wallet.
Refunds
A job that fails having found nothing is refunded in full, automatically. A scan that stops partway — whatever the reason — keeps the rows it already found, and settles only on the requests it actually made; the unused reserve is returned automatically. For anything else, open a support ticket.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard. We do not guarantee that Instagram’s underlying data is complete or accurate; we deliver what’s publicly visible at the time of your scan.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you’ve already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
